TP 1.40 for MBL since PT Banyuasin Nusantara Sejahtera is likely to contribute 4c to MBL per annum. Just like PT Serdang Jaya Perdana contributed 4c last year.

MBL-wa TP = (1.40+10% premium) - (0.80 exercise price) = 0.74.

For now, the business model for MBL is different. They can generate a recurring income stream through PT SJP and PT BNS.
