They have two account types. Power Trade and Value Trade. Value Trade broker fee only 0.1% or minimum RM8. But you must put cash in your trust account first before buy shares.

DBE-WB will be expired on 2022. Now only 1 cent, mother 4 cents, premium only 50%, cannot say this is speculating. Fundamental also not bad, at least profit shows positive.

Revenue will drop further impact from anti-dumping duty on Imports of rebar from China. They just distributor, they buy steels from China and sell to local.
