Thanks for sharing.

Can readers guess the country identity whom the leader has the sole power to:
* Declare war and frequently.
* Issue 300,000 national security letters (administrative subpoenas with gag orders that enjoin recipients from ever divulging they’ve been served);
* Control information at all times under his National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions.
* Torture, kidnap and kill anyone, anywhere, at will.
* Secretly ban 50,000 citizens from flying–and refusing to explain why.
* Imprison 2,000,000 citizens without trial.
* Execute 1,000 citizens each year prior to arrest.
* Kill 1,000 foreign civilians every day since 1951
* Massacre its own men, women and children for their beliefs
* Assassinate its own citizens abroad, for their beliefs.
* Authorize his country’s military dropping 26,171 bombs in one year?

It might be that DT on behalf of US terminate relationship with WHO because WHO halts trials of hydroxychloroquine (over safety fears).

There might be DT's personal interest in the use of hydroxychloroquine.

I was wondering why Malaysia said their children are vulnerable?

This article consolidate the present public knowledge on children's vulnerability to Covid 19 from other parts of the world. Malaysia's might have other knowledge that is not publicly known or made known that show otherwise. This might be because Malaysian children are obese compared to those children that the known public knowledge were derived.

"If you think an all-out physical conflict is too far-fetched, then consider that the US has unilateral control over every global watchdog ― the UN, World Bank, IMF, WHO, International Court of Justice, to name just a few"

The unilateral control over the various global watchdog as suggested above is misplaced, especially UN, WHO and especially the International Court of Justice. See https://fas.org/sgp/crs/row/LSB10206.pdf, where US is treating themselves outside the jurisdiction or not to be subjected to ICJ as they have no control at all to the cases that could and have been filed against it.

Yes, if I am a MNC, I would not consider Malaysia as it is not stable due to religious fervor that is being used politically as and when expedient.

US President Donald Trump lashed out at the WHO again on Twitter last night, posting a letter he sent to WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, PhD. He threatened to make US funding cuts to the WHO permanent and reconsider its participation in the body, unless the WHO commits to "major substantive improvements" in the next 30 days, the Washington Post reported.

The letter included a Trump Administration timeline of the WHO's response, claiming that the medical journal The Lancet had published reports on the outbreak as early as December. However, Lancet editor Richard Horton said today that it didn't publish its first paper on the outbreak, which covered the first 41 patients, until Jan 24.

WITH THIS KIND OF MISLEADING STATEMENT, HOW TO BELIEVE THE US?

Mary-Louise McLaws, a professor of epidemiology at the University of New South Wales who also sits on the WHO’s health emergencies program experts advisory panel for Covid-19, said it was a disagreement between WHO member nations, and not the response of the WHO’s head, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, that ultimately slowed down the international escalation of the response to the virus.

From a national perspective, this would be an "ideal" solution.

Petronas knows exactly what it wanted, when it wanted and where it wanted. The various OSVs players, depending on their ties with Petronas, can only guess and thereafter, again depending on their ties with Petronas, may strike it rich or not at all. It is clear for all to see since 2015.

Again from a national perspective, a small country like Malaysia, it is the only solution. So, the spare resources could then target overseas to earn valuable foreign exchanges. Within Malaysia, the productivity gain would be enormous, and valuable loans can then be used in other economic (productive) sectors.

But as usual, there are too many personal agendas in the way.

Letting market take it course may lead to some type of OSV becoming unavailable and Petronas hiring them at very much higher rates when the need arises.

I am for the business trusts.
