For investment decisions, some (or most) of the investors will do their own FA analysis based on the followings (the basic fundamentals, except TA investors/traders, punt/hit & run):
1) company businesses
2) company assets (how kuat?)
3) activities (e.g. restructuring which benefits the co, overall is good for the co, or bad for the co., etc)
4) investors' holdings, substantial shhs, who are they, what do they do, are they long term investors/shh, trustworthy? etc
5) etc etc

If purely based on gutfeeling, or based on chart (draw MACD/RSI etc) then what is the basis for your statement? please explain more, kindly share and we would like to thank you in advance.

If we believe in the businesses and activities the Mgmt does and it shall benefits all investors (including the big substantial shh themselves?) in the future (how long to wait, when will be benefiting the shh, when share price will go up? idk), then, buy on price weakness would be fine to the investors, as long as investors do not SPC (speculate, punt and contra). buying the shares is investing in the co for the future (few yrs down the road, shr price go up, earn money, good ROI, nobody wanna loss $... if it happens-loss$, then it is our homewor tak cukup solid loh, or trusted the wrong Mgmt...), averaging down or then averaging up when it starts to going up again, good luck to all investors who believe in the company that you are familiar with. 不熟悉不做，the is the basis and primary principle we should always believe. If we are "totally dunno what the co is doing", then, do not touch and give it a miss and don't look at it.

Correct! 1589 has until 23 March 2025 to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa. If really delisted by Bursa, makes it easier for Ekovest to carry out its Merger Plan without opposition from minority. And our King and botak don't want to delist 1589. They wanna to keep the company listed. So... Hmmm. Short term seems worrying and headache as we donno what r they steps and plans (they cornered the stock anyways, so, they make the call, anything they want. When volume shot up continously for many days or many times, and then it could hint that they are doing something behind, so only gutsy people can dare to hoot, retail investors r not well connected to them but can only listen to mkt talk and rumours nia, risky). One of the substantial shareholders lent out their shares to the "unknown" party (sengaja drop out from > 5% to below 5%, so no announcement liao after that) and until now, it has been more than 1 year, and still not call back those shares yet (and earn interest $ for lending out those shares). It will become substantial shareholder again once those shares are called back (> 5% out of sudden)

Aside, HSR is a no-rush thing. It costs a lot to the investors, huge capital and thus this deal will affect their companies' cash flow... As the cost is higher and higher (inflation and raw mat prices go higher as it goes along, cost more and higher), and ROI is slow (take longer time to cover back capital and gain), and the RTS ticket price will be a big challenge, maintenance cost.. hmmmm However, as long as HSR deal is not sealed, there are rooms for syndicates and big players to give hope to the market and therefore investors and contra players/market players will be actively chasing the stocks (push up/down) to generate handsome trading volumes (anytime), so who will win and who will loss, it is depends on their own investment and trading strategies and their lucks. my2c.
