Avoid invest in a company which we are unfamiliar with. This is the basic rule of thumb for investment.
Avoid speculation, punting and contra. Say no to margin facilities and loans (incur interest and stressful if one is doing that).

Try not to put hopes on HSR, it is not an easy project. A project which incur heavy investment and cost, but never know when to become profitable, it is hard.

HSR news is good for mkt sentiment and OPs and speculators to trade and create positive market sentiment which is good for overall market.

One of the good things about 5148 is that, the investors are still holding their shares, including UH's 6pct of SBL shares exchanged hand (lent out to whom we donno) r still not returned to UH. Land banks is the key thing that makes this bb be attractive to investors, your investment won't become 0, so less worries.

Ever since this bb break out 0.5, some investors may already stopped and switched out from it and go for the theme play and super laggard undervalued stocks such as.... Idk.

By making use of such news, it may become attractive and able to lure investors, punters, speculators, market makers, OPs, uncle aunt to hoot and hence price surge up and then drop (some ppl loss $ and some ppl won $ from those who loss).

Based on number of possible news can be written as stories and news to post for near future. Yes, this BB may be still good to invest.

Most of the time is always just choose one at a time and may switch depending on situation. Sometimes, after we switch, then the one just switched out kena push-up, bo pian lo. Be focus is a key in investment, sometimes depends on luck. 5148 I was in it at 0.30+-, lowest 0.25+-, now never keen already although it has huge potential to move up due to land bank revaluation (possible, depends on the govt moves and plans, it may continue to go up slowly, but, I'm always stay out of it, I'm only refer to her for theme play nia, individual style and decision, this style may not be applicable to everyone, so no comment).

When market sentiment is weak, OPs will let the share price drop and support abit so that the chart can be nicer. And if share price drops, but vol surge up, it is one of the tricks to draw chart too, to influence TA traders and investors. Chart can be drawn in any ways as the OP like. But FA hard to bs, check the annual report and monitor its business and operations every quarterly. We must always have to be careful if the company is selling assets, and the use of $ from such activity and so on. Careful is the key...

Nosh is one of the issues which causing it to stag. Bodyweight is heavier mah. In contrast, 1589 is easier to manipulate (by who, you know we know) bcos it is 900m++(including 10% placement shares @ 0.48 taken by 4 TiongNam bosses in 2021, invest 2yrs only, ROI 100% leh, siok Botak given good deal to businessmen who has faith in him and his business). Hence, be slowly but surely win. As long as investors do not practising Speculating, Punting, and Contra, they will be rewarded handsomely in time to come, by when? We don't know. But, we are sure that Botak already 埋下伏笔，a lot of news or stories to post and make its share price (8877) to be attractive and "seduce" (hehe) investors to hug and chase after her in one day in the future? It might be very very soon if market sentiment is favourable.

But, when it is having consolidation phase (OPs don't push up, may due to overall market sentiments and no single stock will surge up non-stop like crazy), if consolidation happens, it may down and ding dong for few months, that's normal. When starts to shot up, will be crazy. Downside is limited. TA chartist always see the support line, once touched and break the support line (drop below the support line), they will sell. Well, if other TA chartists analyzed the same way, they might become net buyers to sapu your scripts and ... Hmmmm... So, TA is always a 2 sided knives.
