She is not saying when the fuel trend up to 75. She said the last Qr report, it was reported that at the time the report was published, 2 offtakes has taken place. Meaning the highest they could have sold is below $63. Unless they manage to sell another 2 offtakes above 70+, then it might be able to give some good news but it is unlikely. She thinks it will be 1 off take only. She will revisit hibi after August.

Funda, not sure on your question. The 2600 will be shared between petronas and hibiscus. So it is 1300 net to hibiscus. It is short of 20% in barrel production but profit should be around 20% because north sabah oil sell at $5 premium. This is my rough estimate. Then there is production increase by 2020.

Funda, it is from the North Sabah (NS) St Joseph Infill drilling. NS currently produce 5000 boe and AS is about 4400 boe. Total is 9400 barrel/day. St Joseph will produce 2600 starting 1st June (If everything goes right la). Please refer to the below link want watch minute 21.30 onwards.

well...i invest in it due to the growth factor. Fuel price the company cannot control but growth in production, i think they should be able to control well loh. This coming June additional 20% of of current production, 3 years, 100% increase of production volume. So i invest base on the growth factor only with the hope that brent is above $65, then i'm happy already.

The next Q will be if high oil price cannot lift hibs, then when low oil price....it will be a tsunami. This is no longer about making money but suddenly feel that the retailer should join force and break the bank. There will be a tipping point when the bank cannot continue to suppress the price because eventually, they need to buy back if they are using short selling to control the price.
