The net cash is worth 40c. Meaning if buy this counter @ 79c, u get back RM0.40. So you are only paying 39c? Got so big kap na o not oh??? Also, it fullfil superinvestor rules. Can consider leh...... Apply PE 10 also, RM 1.10 a'dy.

Again, we are not management and therefore can only make calculate guess. If consistently deliver 4.5c, full yr eps is 18c. Also, hibiscus is a growth company, in 2 yrs time, the production will increase from 12k to 20k barrel and this increase is progressively from QtoQ. I doubt they will announce a sudden oil barrel increase by end of 2020.

Dericlock, good point but I don't think 4 offtakes will clear it inventory. Last Q, NS uptime is only 85% due to maintenance and it has been completed. Annasuria has additional barrel from the first side track cluster. Anyway if assuming 3 offtake, eps 4.5c?

She like number and like to calculate. That why the email she sent is super long. Again, all we can do is use the figure from the previous QR and make some logical assumption and forecast the next QR. She get all her info for Hibiscus website. I also din know that NS 1 offtakes are about 300K barrel while Annasuria is about 250K barrel. She swept thru hibicus website for the info.

For example, she made a calculation on per barrel that was not sold during the last Q and was US31 and was recorded into the inventory. She said it could be much lower than that because the inventory also consists of spare parts. So they question is lowered by how much, nobody knows la but if u take the current price, meaning whatever barrel in inventory should value 2x.

Anyway, i told her that she can calculate until kingdom comes but if oil reverse, can say goodbye a'dy

The net profit margin for this business is so low. If not mistaken, the end product is price control while their raw material is not. Not sure if they get any subsidise from the government but management did say 2019 will be a better year.

my friend has sent me a super long calculation on what she estimates the eps for next quarter. I'm not going to post it here because sure kena bombard by ppl. Anyway, the summary of it is she predict next quarter will have 2 offtake from NS and 2 offtake from annasuria. Using previous QR information, NS produce 446,220bbl with average 85% uptime. Hibiscus only sold 293,624 barrel and hid 152K barrel. NS each offtakes is 300K barrel. Therefore 446K+ 152K = 598K (2 offtakes) Bear in mind the average uptime is 85% and maintenance has been completed. If no surprises, it should be higher but she is conservative in her assumption.
Annasuria produces 356K during last Q and management only sold 274K barrel and hid 82K barrel into inventory. So consider all things the same, then it should be 438 barrel. Annasuria each offtakes is around 250K. Also, there has been a production increase for annasuria and very likely it can hit 500K barrel which equals 2 offtake. Long story short, she says she is expecting 6c for next Q results.

Ya....dayang is on steroid.......it might be another Heng yuan.

Thank dexeric. You are rigght that bank can cover using borrowed unit providing the bank has enough unit and it will come with interest. Indeed you don;t need to buy back the same say and can borrow for the bank with certain charges but if not mistaken you must close the position by T5 or T6. Having said that, the above are legal given how the IDSS system works. it is built into the instrument.

Ahhh...now dexeric share a better perspective. But as for as I know, all IDSS is automated and thoise trading house or investment that has been given IDSS license already have the system in place. The share will automatically be purchase back to cover the position at the end of the day, Because to trading hse or investment bank, they make profit from the fee. So regardless trader make or lose money, the system will just buy back to cover the short position. I doubt investment bank will collude with the trader la. Too big risk to lose the license. Unless there is a big loop hole that investment bank and trading hse are doing it for themself....then different story la......

But i would support to scrap the IDSS by all means
