马股收高10.57点 Bumi Armada交投激增10倍

（吉隆坡24日讯）马股上涨10.57点或0.65%，收于1638.01点，因原油价格走高提振大盘市场情绪。

利好市场和企业消息推动，投资者转向油气股，Bumi Armada Bhd成交量明显增加，而综指成分股MISC Bhd为主要上升股。

乐天交易研究副总裁刘松增指出：“由于油价上涨（每桶高于74美元），油气股走高。”

路透社报道，油市从沙地阿拉伯能源部长Khalid al-Falih周三的声明中取得指引，他称，在美国结束对伊朗石油买家的制裁豁免后，他认为无需马上增加石油产出，但补充称沙地依然聚焦于平衡全球油市。

马股全日共达43亿8000万股易手，成交值为28亿5000万令吉。上升股达516只，下跌股308只。

MISC上扬17仙或2.58%，以6.76令吉挂收。Bumi Armada交投冠全场，从昨日的约7200万股，激增约10倍至约7亿7400万股，全日涨7仙或35%，至27仙。

供应风暴席卷不停，国际油价有望继续飞一阵子

4月21日，石油分析师Tsvetana Paraskova撰文指出，油价今年迄今为止已累计上涨逾30%。未来几周，利比亚危机等关键地缘政治事件可能导致供应状况更加紧张，从而推动油价进一步上涨。她还指出，美国是否终止伊朗石油豁免，将是油市供应面临的最大问题。

利比亚危机+某些产油国供应中断风险，或推动油价走高
Tsvetana Paraskova称，考虑到地缘政治因素，再加上全球石油市场趋紧，可能使油价除了“OPEC+”减产以外，容易受到任何突然性供应中断的影响。最近接受采访的专家承认，石油市场可能会出现供应方面的重大中断，尽管在哪些国家扮演最大的供应破坏者角色方面，他们的意见存在分歧。

从供应中断的影响看，排名前三位的产油国是伊朗、委内瑞拉和利比亚。OPEC从今年1月份开始减产，预计至少将持续到6月份。这三个产油国的情况表明，其有充分的理由获得制裁豁免。这些国家的石油产量要么下滑，要么波动，而且未来几周或几个月还将出现进一步的中断。

PVM oil Associates石油分析师布伦诺克(Stephen Brennock)表示，利比亚将对油市构成最大的地缘政治风险。

本月早些时候，叛军首领哈夫塔将军命令他的利比亚国家军队(LNA)向首都的黎波里进军。这支军队一直在与联合国支持的政府军队发生冲突，这是一场新的对抗，并可能会升级，有可能再次破坏利比亚的石油生产和出口。

布伦诺克在接受采访时表示，利比亚的石油生产尚未中断，但他怀疑这只是时间问题。哈夫塔将军和他的东部利比亚部队决心夺取的黎波里，随之而来的将是不可避免的石油供应中断风险。

美国是否终止伊朗石油豁免，将是油市供应面临的最大问题
经济学人智库(EIU)的全球经济学家伯奇(Cailin Birch)认为，美国对伊朗石油的制裁才是最重要的供应问题。伯奇认为，美国政府政策具有不可预测性，这可能导致美国终止5月初到期的伊朗石油制裁豁免。

不过，许多其他分析人士认为，尽管美国不断声称对伊朗施加最大压力，将其石油出口降至零的水平，但可能对伊朗的石油买家再次表现出宽容的态度，其原因是担心油价和汽油价格涨得太高。

一些分析人士指出，随着美国将重点放在加强对委内瑞拉和马杜罗(Nicolas Maduro)政权的制裁上，其可能会再次软化对伊朗石油买家的态度，因为这两个国家同时出现供应中断，加上利比亚石油生产可能中断，或使油市过于紧张，导致油价过高。

布伦诺克警告称，这可能演变成一场黑天鹅事件，因为其将迫使“OPEC+”重新开启石油供应。

机构总体看好油价继续上涨
高盛大宗商品研究主管柯里(Jeff Currie)本月稍早时候表示，美国等主要经济体的经济和货币政策变化更可能成为黑天鹅事件。

有些投行认为，布油不会像去年第三季度那样达到每桶80美元的高位，因为涨幅不会太大，而高盛就是其中之一。花旗则认为，油价上涨的幅度大于下跌的幅度。

美银美林认为，布油价格飙升的风险明显高于期权市场的预测。国际海事组织(IMO)的2020年限硫新规今年年底必将进一步扰乱石油和炼油市场。

油价较去年12月的低点上涨了近40%，WTI和布油价格收复了去年10月至12月期间跌幅的一半。盛宝银行大宗商品策略主管汉森(Ole Hansen)在该行2019年第二季度展望中写道：“在全球经济放缓的背景下，全球石油需求持续增长，油市转而关注支撑油价的供应端消息。”

盛宝银行分析师在4月初指出：“随着‘OPEC+’继续减产，美国迫使伊朗和委内瑞拉减少出口，只有石油需求前景出现重大变化，目前市场上的乐观情绪才可能发生改变。”

盛宝银行的汉森还指出：“沙特和其他几个OPEC产油国需要布油升至80美元以上，才能达到预算目的，因此不太可能对70美元的布油价格感到满意。在此基础上，我们预计未来几个月石油供应将保持紧张，从而支撑布油可能向每桶75美元的水平攀升
