Sign is the good counter. So, just hold it and take the special dividend. Management will likely to propose another final dividend on Aug'16. The dividend rate i guess will be 3-5 cents. Together with the special dividend payout , the total dividend for FY 2016 will be around 13-15 cents. Next financial year , signature will resume the growth and share price could up further.

Once the price being finalize, the management will do the annoucement. The project cost for Danga Bay will be around RM150 million - RM200 million. While the Battersea project result should come out as early as third quarter this year.

More great new is coming. Sign set up company in UK. Mean they have a great chance to clinch cabinet kitchen contract for Battersea phase 2 & phase 3 project. Sime Darby and sign good past business relationship also boost their chance to secure the project.

As per sign proposal, they propose to buy land in Bandar Enstek For consideration of RM50 million back in year 2014. The value of that land already double since that. If sign choose to sell the land , they could made one off gain of disposal of land about RM50 million (or equivalent to RM0.20 cts per share)

This is only the first special dividend. They might propose another special dividend pay out in Sept or Oct 16. Still worth to hold it. The company business will also seen recovery start from quarter ended June'16.

So I think the financial performance for quarter end 31.3.2016 & 30.6.2016 will be positive. Don’t forget the gain on disposal of land of RM80 million to Selangor government for DASH project. Combined all factor above, I will set the target price for Sign at 1.80 per share.

Estimate Danga Bay Tender result will out by next two weeks or end of May’16. Most likely Sign will get the project based on their ability and resources available to install kitchen cabinet for 9,000 unit condo.

For me , I will set target price for ecowrld at 1.8 - 2.0
