The new POS shares is subject to share price adjustments if current share price different more than 10% of RM3.33. If calculate based on friday closing share price of RM2.40, the revised new POS share price will be 2.65. And this will bring drb stake in pos to 58%

Pnb and epf will likely become joint offeror with drbhcom due to pnb and epf is under govt control.

They purposely press down the share price . So DRB will entitle to more new shares. Issue price for new share will revise to 2.65 based on current share price. This will increase drb stake in pos to around 58%. After that , they will launch takeover of remaining pos shares at price at 2.85-3.00. Wait and see.
