答：（1）YGL聚汇主要涉及提供管理服务、投资控股、太阳能和销售电脑软硬件。旗下业务包括咨询、营运、培训、外包、方案等。服务行业包括人力、国际采购、酒店、库存、产业管理、保健、批发和销售、应用和保安。

（2）纵观YGL聚汇的基本面数据，以过去4季而言，总营收1548万令吉，总净亏127万令吉，每股净亏0.41仙；其实过去12季，该公司只有两季获利，其他季度都是净亏损；该公司每股净有型资产为5仙，商誉275万令吉，持有现金341万令吉，债务101万令吉，总债务491万令吉，总资产1311万令吉，过去4季都没有派息。

根据该公司最新公布截至2022年6月30日止首季，净亏损扩大至98万令吉，前期净亏2万4000令吉，税前亏损98万令吉，前期税前盈利4万4000令吉。按季而言，该公司是盈转亏，上季净利36万令吉。

该公司首季收从前期的168万令吉增加至331万令吉，按季则下跌122%，上季营收为735万令吉。

该公司表示，业绩下跌主要是疫情导致软件部门一些销售合约被延期。而太阳能部门营收虽走高，但赚幅受高成本所侵蚀。

因此，从数据显示，YGL聚汇的基本面并不算好，长期无法扭转亏损局面是巨伤。

（3）该公司的前景方面，由于业绩惨淡，目前还没有看到什么亮点。不过，该公司管理层对前景谨慎乐观，认为后疫情时代的数字化和网络商业的盛行，将有助该公司的方案提供者的业务。

至于俄乌战争已经让全球进一步意识至依赖石化燃料的风险，转向再生能源的使用，这影响了太阳能成品和原料的价格。

该公司管理层预料成本价格将会趋稳定，但马币疲软是很大的逆风。

该公司也预料大马政府扶助再生能源的净电能计量（Net Energy Metering）计划，将有助该公司的太阳能装置业务。

（4）该公司股价在多年前曾风光过，但过后大跌沦为仙股后，迄今都沉疴难起，目前在接近52周低位的每股12仙左右。该股52周高点是20.5仙，低点是11.5仙。股价不振主因是业绩难看。该公司的优点只有正现金状况，也不多，低负债，但缺点包括亏损、没有派息，净有型资产只有5仙，股票流通也不高。

（5）该公司近年并没有什么企业新进展宣布，除了私下配售计划，就只有去年5月宣布持股60%的AI太阳能，获得Takenaka（大马）颁发价值360万令吉合约。

KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 27): Glove makers' shares were up in early trade on Tuesday (Dec 27) following a rise in Covid-19 cases in China.

At 10.15am, Top Glove Corp Bhd was the second most actively traded counter, up 7.93% at 88.5 sen apiece, with 35.9 million shares done.

Other glove makers were also among the top 20 active counters, including Careplus Group Bhd, up 7.61% at 49.5 sen, with 14.9 million shares traded, Hartalega Holdings Bhd, up 5.92% at RM1.79, with 8.6 million shares done, and Supermax Corp Bhd, up 7.7% at 90 sen, with 6.3 million shares exchanging hands.

China is beginning to lift its more stringent Covid-19 restrictions, after nearly three years in isolation. But what could mark the end of its zero-Covid policy may be just the beginning of the country's pandemic problems.

According to Reuters, China's National Health Commission had confirmed 393,067 cases with symptoms as of Dec 22.

The commission reportedly said that it would no longer publish daily Covid-19 data from Sunday, amid doubts about its reliability.

China reported no Covid-19 deaths in the mainland for the six days through Sunday, the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention said on Sunday.

However, at the same time, funeral homes and crematoriums in the country were reportedly struggling to meet demand.

Reuters cited one Shanghai hospital as telling its staff last week to prepare for a "tragic battle" with Covid-19, as it expects half the city's 25 million people to get infected by the end of the week after Christmas.

British-based health data firm Airfinity last week estimated that China is experiencing more than a million infections and 5,000 deaths a day.

(Kuala Lumpur, 23rd) After the reversal of China's epidemic prevention policy, the outbreak of the new crown epidemic was triggered. The 15 major indexes of the Malaysian stock market almost collapsed, but the healthcare index rose by 1.32%. Top Glove (TOPGLOV, 7113, Main Board Healthcare Group) was driven by buying today. It once stood at 80 cents, up 4.5 cents. As of 11:30, it was at 79 cents, up 3.5 cents , the trading volume was as high as 55.588400 shares.

Care Pls (CAREPLS, 0163, GEM Healthcare Group) is the third most popular stock. This morning, it has a strong trend, with the highest standing at 46 cents. As of 11:30, it was tentatively reported at 45 cents, up 2.5 cents, and changed hands 29,327,200 share.

The other three kings of glove stocks, Supermax (SUPERMX, 7106, the main board healthcare group), Kossan (KOSSAN, 7153, the main board healthcare group) and Hartalega (HARTA, 5168, the main board healthcare group) are also stable go higher. Supermax rose from 2.5 sen to 81.5 sen, with a turnover of 11.562 million shares; Kossan and Hartalega each rose 2 sen, hanging at 1 ringgit 11 sen and 1 ringgit 69 sen, respectively, with a turnover of 2,458,300 shares shares and 9,671,300 shares.

As for the FTSE Composite Index, although it opened higher this morning, slightly up 0.81 points to 1469.16 points to welcome the market, but under the drag of the overall sentiment, it once fell as low as 1460.57 points in the intraday session, down 7.78 points; as of 11:30, it was suspended at 1466.58 points points, down slightly by 1.77 points.

Declining stocks totaled 384, beating gainers by 251, while 368 stocks were flat. Volume was 1,041,819,600 shares worth RM516,170,512.
