希望PADU是租用YTLP的AI数据中心，来进行发展。所以PADU成不成功，理不理想，基本上是跟数据中心无关。YTLP只提供储存、计算服务。当然，当PADU成功，租约是有机会延长及加大。

I'm guessing, the AI in Kulai, is build for our government, especially phase one.
PMX will use this AI to generate all info needed to launch his "precision subsidy".

With the help of AI, all assets, cash, dividend received, rental, etc hold or earn by someone will list down completely if AI can access to all related data base. AI is very capable to sort these things out.

With the launching of “centralize of all invoice or receipt”, AI will know or even predict how much you can earn in a year.

With the help of cashless transaction, every transaction will be transparent.

Conclusion, no way to hide, black economy will be reduced.

By using this supercomputer, the government will save money through "precision subsidy".
Hope by providing supercomputer service, YTLP could generate decent profit.

@Drogon328, It is reasonable and achievable to predict 10 cents per share for coming quarter. Furthermore, the CEO of YTL said before, the profit of PowerSeraya will last for a least until the end of FY2025. So, HLB prediction will be more accurate if compare to others.

There still some huge investment is occurring, still not sure will these investments drag down the total EPS or not.
1. PowerSeraya is building another 4mw solar power in Singapore.
SINGAPORE: YTL PowerSeraya (YTLPS) will invest more than S$5mil to expand the amount of solar power generated at its Pulau Seraya Power Station to 5MWp (megawatt-peak) by September 2024, up from the existing 1MWp.

1. The PAT by PowerSeraya is much more beyond my expectation reaching 850m. This will be the key reference for coming quarter.

2. Water segment is improving, and I can expect next quarter to break even.
The higher revenue was contributed primarily from continued improvement in trading and new contract. (when the new contract become more and more, the profit will keep rising.)

3. Telecommunication segment, hope for the best next quarter. (maintain my own assumption, -50m for coming quarter)

4. Investment segment, hope Jordan side could do better. (if no surprise, 100m will be expected for coming quarter)

5. Total PAT of 900m for next quarter.

there are two type of Data Center.
1. ordinary data center
2. AI data center

My understanding is
ordinary data center + supercomputer = AI data center.
Dont know im right or wrong.

And if ordinary data center + supercomputer = AI data center, then with the latest deal with Nvidia, the supercomputer (5b) purposely build to upgrade the Kulai data center (15b) into AI data center with total investment 20b.

if my assumption is wrong, that's mean the latest deal alone will cost 20b, and make the total of 35b.
15b for kulai data center,
20b for Nvidia supercomputer
total 35b of investment on this AI computer center.

我的感觉是，感恩，这电脑在马来西亚，而不是印尼，泰国，新加坡，越南等地方。没错，就在马来西亚。身为马来西亚人，这是大好消息。若这超级电脑，是在别的国家，我们的心里就酸溜溜的说：为什么不在马来西亚呢？我们马来西亚会比XX国差吗？。。。现在已经是在马来西亚了，还不欢呼吗？

有投行说：这超级电脑是可以带来盈利，只是要注意capex。确实是，20b是非常非常大的数字，是YTLP总债务（40b）的一半。希望管理层是有把握地进行这项计划。管理层一向来都是进行有把握的投资，从它过去收购/投资的项目中，可以发现绝大部分都是非常正面的（虽然YES还有进步的空间）。

我觉得这超级电脑提升了数据中心的魅力，让数据中心多了一个强大的add on。这超级电脑应该会吸引更多tenant入驻古来数据中心。

谁会使用这超级电脑呢？
我国政府可以用这超级电脑做好一些事情。譬如改善全国交通系统，研发疫苗，提升卫生局的效率，妥善善用我国各种资源来做带来最大效果的事情。
