This is arguably the most undervalued stock in the OG spectrum. With its structure now lean and mean ie after cost cutting exercise and upsides due to improving oil prices, expect to see 1.3 this year if price trend for oil holds up to touch 70.

High volume in past 2 days and counter now at 1.3. If breaches, there is not much resistance up to 1.35..

Don't see this counter as a 1.2 counter with its tremendous backlog and solid biz. The rm 113m claim will be a contingent liability. See this as normal course of running a global contract service biz. Anyone can claim anything. See how much companies like Apple and Samsung are being sued for patent rights or Banks like HSBC and Citicorp are being charged by regulators. Thats why they have big legal counsels backing them.

EPF acquired 9m and disposed 5.5m in May. Probably taking profits before Q1 announcement. We have to see direction of the big vol. today to gauge where the smart money is moving.

Litigation and arbitration normal course of business leh especially in global contract biz. They are not in kacang putih biz, folks

Those playing short term will always see ghosts behind every nook and corner. If one were to be in oil related counters for medium and long term, we should be sitting nicely. Everytime there is a geopolitical incident, there will be fear and corresponding a spike. Oil is also a depleting asset. Once demand improves, prices will go up...and demand will improve as the Sun will always rise ...

KT888, if the QA assumptions on earnings and price are based on a high side of the $50 to 70 range ie towards 70 and prevailing expectations is around 55 to 60 in the medium term, chances are that non Management shareholders will not approve and rather wait for cash out in April next year. Also the prevailing price of mother share will give an indication as to where the wind will blow. Currently the price of 65.5 to 66 is showing a no go. Whether to let go of warrant really depend on your risk profile.

The prevailing low price of the mother share is not providing any optimism that the QA will be approved by the non management share holders. In such an event, the warrant will become worthless. That is possibly why it is trading at negative premium.

Forget about reading the charts on this one. Its not your usual run of mill stock counter. Any movements now without QA are merely noises and speculative activities with no basis. Just wait for Management to deliver.

This counter has been slipping lower and lower. Even LBS is almost overtaking this tortoise. This Francis smile is fast turning into a stupid grin..
