From MSA splited into SIA and MAS and gave birth to Pelanduk Airways (supposed to be Budget Airways in the early days)

The worse thing is, when MAS was under-performing, its Directors were still receiving hefty bonuses. In the end the government just pumped in more money to them.

Most of the GLC are doing community service as they put their cronies or networking group to the top post and draw fat bonus, salary and renumerations. They cannot even produce the business plan on time. How to perform BIG THINGS when such a small business plan cannot submit on time. Normally those big corporate compsnies engage the CONSULTANTS and paid them well out of the taxpayer money. WHO CARES!!!!

Well said brother stephenlee, bulls eye. And please compare MAS with SIA now...we are left very far far behind SIA. In Sinagpore SIA, they employ the world's best people to do the job & not like Malaysia. And now Singapore SIA is one of the world's best profit making airline company.
