how can it be that Hwang retain its target price at 2.10 and maintain a "buy" =.=... is there a typo sumwhere

it seems a lot of people is talking bout avoiding counter which is highly exposed to election risk, for example UEM land. but if i believe in its strong fundamental, should i be buying or i should be looking at it from a different angle, from the political angle especially?
