Their connection is good but virtue of their small customer base but they forgot about their customer service. Had a very bad experience with them. Help is almost non existence when u needed it.

Anything from vincent tan is think them first before they think about you. anyway, the performance of the broadband dropping. maybe because of the grow customers and their bandwidth not sufficient. I never like a BN crony at work.

Yes agree totally. Even the Govt. Dept operates more efficiently than U mobile. Like that how to grow big. I certainly wont recommend anyone to u their network.
