The job will belong to CRCC.
It's all about politics connection if you wanna do business in Malaysia.

you underestimate Ah Jib.
Ah Jib the magician will collect from the Koreans after they have collected from the Chinese.

too much stake linked with China already.
Ah Jib also know that if he play faul for once, he will never get funded from China anymore ....
Think of Edra, 1MDB, China is busy bailing out for Ah Jib....
Plus, this is a desperate time for Ah Jib where his credibility is located at the drainage system a.k.a. longkang.

Nope.
Ah Jib can play Malaysian' backside only.
He knew that China has a lot of stake in Malaysia already.
If he play foul once, he will never get funding from China anymore.
Think about EDRA, 1MDB, China is the one who busy bailing him out.
