1)用以计算本益比的，都是过时的资料，它反映过去一年的业绩，并没有告诉你来年的业绩。
2)至於每股净有形资产价值（NTA），也要看企业的性质而定，如果企业赖以赚钱的是净有形资产，例如产业、种植业、制造业公司，则净有形资产越雄厚越值得买进。
