To BN a win is a win. That is why they employed the seksyen in their rule book where voter registered cannot be removed. By doing so, if anyone want to remove or unregistered, their name will be tag and used by phantom voters later.

But that is not enough to make the numbers.....they are now using real voters name to vote and SPR is playing a blind eyes and playing dumb
