I think not they cannot stop or control the burning of forest. This uncivilize people want to save money to buy fertilizer so they opt to burn.

God foresaken country over population n extreme poverty due partly to x president who plundered the country's coffers. As such, desperate people adopt desperate measures to survive.

in msia, the old oil palm trunks are left to rot on the ground, although it is not good for the new trees
