i am wondering,based on 50% dividend payout,16.7m net profit,how did KENANGA computed 2.5cen DPS for 2014?
homeriz achieve 15.1m net profit for FY 2013,equal to 7.56sen EPS,and paid 3.75cen as SINGLE-TIER dividend for the year,or 50% payout.
kenanga assume net profit to be achieve 10% growth in FY 2014,and 50% payout maintain, without enlarge share capital base,FY 2014 DPS should equal to 4.175cen,0r 5.03% dividend yield(calculated by 83cen TP).
furthermore, homeriz achieved net profit of 5.7m in 1st Q,35% of kenanga full year forecast,if 2nd Q result perform as good as 1st Q,full year forecast will definitely having upside bias,as well as DPS.
correct me if i am making mistake.if not, please request Kenanga to modify their report(for the DPS part).
