This would form a traffic dispersal system for PJ, would divert traffic coming from BU, SS2 on the northern end & Kinrara & Puchong on the southern end. From the plans it will connects 5 major highways - KESAS, NPE, Fed H/way, LDP & NKVE. At the moment only 1 highway that connects all of these - LDP (SPRINT doesn't connect to KESAS)
Who will benefit? well those staying in Kinrara, Tmn Sentosa, PJ South, which will bring better connection to the northern parts of PJ. These are people whose voices are not heard.... due to the grouses brought up the people of PJ Utara who tends to be more vocal.
We, the majority of people staying in PJ South welcome this highway, but having said that, there are concerns regarding the design of interchanges between the above 5 highways - which needs rethinking & redesigning.
Besides, our LRT / MRT doesn't actually serves this PJ corridor.
No result.
