Ha! I bought this one and also MNI last time with my Johor Sifu. Oh boy! They took MNI Private. How MNRB now? Should be good for consistent dividend.
All 3 Stocks - From OK to Good to Very good. Very Good is reserved for PM Corp only

This one cannot lah. Invest in FD for 3.25% interest is a no no & no!
6% GST plus ringgit crash against USD 15% = 21% Automatic Depreciation.
So Keeping money in the bank will destroy value? 21% - 3.25% = A LOSS OF 17.75% Purchasing Power. Keeping Cash is a Losing Proposition.

So take out 50% of Cash And Put Them To Work. Keep only 5% Cash for emergency.
Don't keep cash in Bank. That will be the worst investment.
