Is the RM10 Stem Hasil required???
I believe only for Rights Issue, Stem Hasil is required,

Hi Henry. I don't normally reply to comments.
In this case, I have to.
On Note 6 of the Acceptance and Transfer Form, it says "you must affix Malaysian Revenue Stamp of RM10.00 on this Form"
