废话,我连屋子、人寿保险都不要买,hambarang投入股市。
那些傻逼以为股市跌我们就pk,可是他们不知道股市往往是两面的,马币贬、出口好。中东越乱,油价越便宜

房地产投资其实需要很大的勇气,因为负担大,而且多数得长期持有,需要很好的自律耐心,才能看见回报。不过如果说多数人投资房地产,好像是错的,股票好像更多人投资,因为入市资本小。 房地产投资多数是投资者,股票多数是投机者。两个回酬都不相上下,股票是波动幅度大,看起来回酬较大,不过其实房地产可以利用杠杆,放大资本,最后你会发现回酬比股票大。

Yup. Exactly. Not many Property can let you gain profits quickly but it may good for investors actually. If you are investor in both, you will know their pros and cons. . I am happy to have both...

Buy good location property 5years earn 190% i mean in 5 years housing price up to 290% of pricing. only 5 years. No need to woryy.... buy share ha.....ha......my friend all money buy TENAGA 5 years ago keep until now. only up to 250% . 150% profit.

You forget about using 0k to buy 200k property and sold at 500k lol. That's the magic of property investment. Property roi looks at net profits after sold over your total cost involved
