Too pessimistic. The money can come to Malaysia. We have better dividend yields for the investors. Every moment is also a good time for investment in this world.

To stimulate the economy, the big project like infrastructure, MRT, high speed rail, borneo highway will need to go on. That is why gov said approved projects will not stop there. Economy is a cycle, spend is the way to keep things moving, or else everything will become dead water.
Buy stock during economy down turn will guarantee a better earning rate.
