On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the court order dated 13 April 2016 confirming the Par Value Reduction, Share Premium Reduction and Capital Distribution (“Order”) has been extracted from the High Court of Malaya today.

An office copy of the Order will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia prior to the entitlement date of the Capital Distribution, upon which the Par Value Reduction and Share Premium Reduction shall take effect. The entitlement date for the Capital Distribution will be announced in due course.



This announcement is dated 14 April 2016.

One More Thing

I think the call for RM6000 per ton is way too high price. To break RM3000 per ton is also a challenge for now.

You are correct!

Calvin thinks CPO Price will surge to Rm6,000 a tonne by year end 2017/2018.

So it will be a Buy & Hold strategy.
