It may be a good target for privatisation. But the whole scenario is subject to other people's individual agenda, rather than business aspects.

Insas for the longest of time has been trading at huge discount to its NTA. Also they've raised cash via Insas-pa which in some ways shows that the listing status is still an important avenue for fund raising to them. I really doubt that privatisation would come anytime soon...

Hwang Capital already sold off its stock broking firm more than 2 years ago. Does not own any stock broking firm at present moment.
