浅谈4间以家私为主业务的公司，分别是新兴（7412, SHH）、家丽资（5160, HOMERIZ）、堡发（7088, POHUAT）和利兴（7089, LIIHEN）。四间都有共同点把家私出口至国外，大多数都是出口至美国，除了堡发主要出口至越南。??????????
Pohuat 主要出口不是美国吗????

Homeriz dividend for 2015 should be 4 sen , 1.5sen interim and 2.5sen final. Dividend yield is 4.23%

Just realize u only use the latest 4 quarter as analysis. And like to highlight that homeriz year end is 31/8 and with dividend policy 40%. Eps for latest 4 quarter is 9.78 and dividend is 3.91sen

This statement need to be made cleared, Pohuat main export country is not Vietnam. It had 2 factory in Vietnam but not import any furniture from Malaysia, instead they produced in Vietnam and exporting out.
