Good morning,

Since CBIP is idle it offers the best time and opportunity to accumulate on weakness. Also plantation companies like MHC Plant & Pinepac which are totally overlooked and unwanted and neglected for now.

This is how Calvin Tan Research recommend. Find a value share with long term fundamental. Buy when it's cheap or below intrinsic value. And buy even more on weakness. The cheaper the price the better the value.

Calvin's method is totally opposite of Uncle KYY or Icon8888. They both chase hot stocks and also tell others to chase them higher and higher which entail lots of risk.

Always buy low and keep safe.

Actually the answer is quite simple.

Some time back RCECAP gave a 7.5 cts Capital Repayment and share consolidation of 4 to 1 share. If you deduct past Nta of 35 cts by 7.5 cts capital repayment it should be 27.5 NTA (readjusted NTA value)

And so NTA will also consolidate by 4 to 1 or 27.5 cts x 4 = Rm1.10

So at latest NTA of Rm1.16 there is an improvement of 5.4% from Rm1.10.

The jump from 35 cts to Rm1.1`6 (More than 300% up) is exaggerated.

I think RceCap has been overbought for now.

So please be careful.

because as my understnding if mother share up then the warrant or cw will follow mother up , this is common sense,
however do you know got happen before like mother share keep going up but warrant just dont want to move stay still.
got this situation happen before.

I don't have a definite answer to this. However, these could be the reasons:

1) By right when mother shares go up warrant should follow in tandem. In some cases where Company gives good dividend for mother share from which warrants do not benefit only mother share will move up at the expense of warrant.

2) In bull run or in times of heavy speculation with syndicated support warrant might run far ahead of mother shares.

3) And do check the expiry dates of warrants. If the due date for conversion of warrant is too close for comfort and also way out of money, many will avoid buying warrant. The chances of losing money by buying warrants with very near expiry dates carry very high risk. So they are mostly avoided even if the mother shares move up

I hope these will throw in some light.
