it's good to highlight these issues but to suggest that bonus issue is to rush ahead of any probe is simply ridiculous and shows lack of fundamental understanding of the nature of bonus issue. besides, submitting the application almost 1 month after the announcement is considered very slow, some announced bonus issue and submit as soon as the next day. nevertheless, kudos for highlighting any potential link between Protasco and the graft case, could be useful for protasco shareholders

Ill gotten money through protasco doesnt mean protasco took the money. The board may not know there is bribery. Maybe just 1 or 2 executive directors doing it.

Cash is down because business is good and give more dividend. Doesn't mean all goes to bribery. Also in this business everyone gives money. Why only catch Protasco? Yes the business was Tun Daim business, but now is current shareholders business. Cannot count old time wrong doing to current shareholders. MACC can ask old shareholders, maybe some executives involved. Chairman Hadenan was from MACC, he can protect protasco and shareholders.

Even if found some executive bribe, MACC cannot just freeze Protasco and take all assets. Bursa also cannot just cover Protasco, better they don't cover up at all, or cover up all. Don't think they dare to touch.

Some truth but agree that nothing can stop bonus issue. Until really comes also too late, bonus already completed. Shareholders who push up share price after bonus already got what they want. We small investors also already sell shares when price goes up.

If the major shareholders do take money from bribery and buy Protasco shares, its good for small investors. Nobody buys how to goes up? Not goes up how to sell?

Malaysia where got so fast. Worry too much. Wish bonus completes and price goes up soon.
