city is where the money is; abundance of jobs compared to rural areas. 11 FTZs in cities in China creating more jobs and catalysts to economy. it's so easy for china to further develop cities bcz acquisition of homes or land for the purpose of developments can be done in a jiffy. try that in our bolehland, we will b met with many obstacles n objections. case in point LRT/MRT tracks v near peoples homes n they'll demonstrate; or KIDEX highway was met with stern objection; none of this will b happening in china..
