Pan Borneo is long, very long. It cut through tens of thousand acres of land.
Maybe you have insider news but I am sure it is not reliable. Currently, pan Borneo is just at my front door and the contractor, the officers still haven't decide which way to go.
What about Ioi, hap seng, tsh, etc etc you name iit all have much stronger presence in that area???
Even if the highway did passed through, it will be 10 years later.
Kwantas or Kretam all are inefficient players in the eyes of the market. Put it another word, they are old fashion style company which benefits their own grand children rather than investors.
U are betting on landowners monetizing land assets or which contractors are getting the work packages for that massive Pan Borneo Highway project? Those are somewhat limited and fixed.
What about the very basic & important construction material supplier? I'm talking about CEMENT. The ONE & ONLY cement plant in Sabah will be set up in LAHAD DATU by BORNOIL. Bear in mind that it will be the MONOPOLISTIC limestone supplier in the state and BIMP-EAGA region after quarry lands with massive LIMESTONE RESERVES were purchased last year and also bought additional quarry land to top-up its own limestone reserves just days ago. Future earnings will keep flowing in for Bornoil. Better buy it while it's still cheap.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Why only Kretam gain? How about Sarawak plantation companies Sarawak Plantation and SOP why no gain if Pan Borneo Highway is catalyst?
