trade war has not started yet. Yesterday most investors misunderstood that a trade war had started.

The trick is that the US and China did not state when tariffs would be effective, so there is still possibility of discussion about trade tariffs...

Remember after Trump proposed tarffs on steel, a lot of countries are excluded...?
There will be much room for discussing tariffs both of the counties proposed.
