KIP REIT shall distribute up to 100.0% of KIP REIT’s Distributable Income on a half-yearly basis
for the Financial Period Ended 30 June 2017 and Financial Year Ending 30 June 2018 and
thereafter at least 90% of KIP REIT’s Distributable Income.
