I believe him. He knows what to do. US is a superpower now comparing to 1969-1970. Today's knowledge is fully saturated. The trade tariff will help US to grow faster and deduce tonne of debts as no more trade deficits with China, Europe etc.. US will have more trades with other countries fairly and it helps also boosting those countries have fair trades with US.
