I see this as a political counter...not a counter based on meritocracy.

The Iwcity fiasco will have lasting impact...revenue from Duke 2 is disappointing....Duke 3 still early days. and if the interest expense continue to be $ 60 million per quarter?

stand alone ekovest is a true blue investment grade ( but after Botak infamous IWcity ) moves. alot of investors have bad impression on the board. takes time to mitigate. Toll and new construction will be less forthcoming ( until the new budget announcement ) sale of commercial properties and shopping mall takes time to mature. Malaysia not exactly at a stage "pink of health"
