not enough cash to excecute SKIN project,only less than 10m cash in hand,right issue is inevitable.2nd and 3rd largest shareholder(KWAP and AIA) is dumping big amount of shares,more than 80m shares waiting for offload,how to rebound?

I am not sure what have caused PresBhd plunged so much but the reason is definitely not right issue is coming. PresBhd just secured RM869mil + RM109mil financing for SKIN project and announced on 26th Sept'18. Thus, PresBhd does not need to do right issue.
On last 4th July'18, PresBhd's CEO met the Council of Eminent Persons (CEP) and presented the progress of SKIN project. After the meeting, he told reporters that CEP didn't terminate SKIN and the project would proceed as stated in contract.
I don't see any wrong in PresBhd's fundamental as of now. The reason of recent price plunge may just due to excessive panic (hope so).

So many flaw in this report.
1st PRESBHD is never a bluechip.
2nd Reference to target price from IB. Its better to ignore completely or divide it by 5.
3rd PRESBHD is fundamentally a bad company. Poor FCF, deteriorating margin and profit etc
