Older generation of Vietnamese are a bit lay back especially male. The new generations are displaying an entirely different in their attitudes. They are eager to acquire more skills and knowledge and hardworking...Vietnamese are in fact comparable with Malaysia Chinese.... They may overtake Malaysia in next 10 years.

Vietnam just have to follow China's blueprint. Like China they have the single minded of purpose to succeed, with reference to the Korean and Vietnam Wars. For Malaysia, unfortunately all the races are not on the same page.

Vietnam already joined TPP while Malaysia is dragging it's feet

No wonder Vietnam is growing by leaps and bounds

One Company from Malaysia will ride on Vietnam's success is Pohuat

Pohuat already foresaw the importance of Vietnam as an exporting powerhouse for furniture so Pohuat built 2 furniture factories in Vietnam

So if you want to ride on the Vietnam boom just buy some Pohuat shares and hold

vietnam dont have apartheid policy so no brain drain. Their skilled talented smart workers will develop their homeland vietnam at a rapid pace (same as china)
but malaysia is different. With apartheid NEP policy, malaysia is in fact exporting most of its talented skilled workers to develop other countries! like this, how can malaysia progress become a developed country, when most of its skilled talented workforce is exported?
