SUNWAY is not purely property sector

yes they have property but they also have construction, REITs, quarry, healthcare , education , building materials etc

property sector recommendation should go to many lots more undervalue counter now : MATRIX, TAMBUN, MAHSING, SP SETIA, ECOWLD, EWINT, E&O

these are pure property play but due to poor property sector, their share price is at multi year low
