Unfortunately, AGEISM is rampant in IT companies and have now spread to other industries. Human Resource Ministry should investigate this trend of sidelining mature employees though they have the experience.

Employers have become bold and are no more providing permanent jobs. Contract jobs are paid pittance with a 2 year limit. Deductions for petty reasons are included in the appointment letter which are illegal. Those above 35 years old and of certain race, don't expect to be employed unless you have the right connection.

Corporation and politicians have ruined Malaysians life. The influx of cheap foreign label enables them to replace Malaysian and enslave the foreign worker.
The government pretends not to know and there is no will to overcome this problem. It's a clear case of being selfish and corrupted.
