Apart from it's rm34 millions cash hoard netx has investments in mlab shares.
It seems like netx has been burning cash. This is part and parcel of a new start up company investing into many areas....will they succeed of fail ultimately depends on how it's innovation meet the needs of the digital economy age
Just like hibiscus kept up drilling for oil until it strikes oil and turn it around finally so Netx is now sailing into favourable prospects of Malaysian Govt has made THE DIGITAL ECONOMY as the main focus for October 11 budget
This is why Calvin thinks Netx has a 70% fighting chance to succeed given the new impetus
Another classic example is Hubline...it was in long consolidation of RM0.005/Rm0.01 and many thought they could buy at Rm0.005 n sell at RM0.01 for 100% profit...
Then shares consolidation from 20 into 1 in 2017 and all kena burnt
When hubline was traded at 4 sen I went to do a study. It has nta over 20 sen I think
BUT it was horrible assets of rusty ships and equipment which have little value
So I gave ample warning after warning on hubline And I was correct
I also gave warning about hibiscus because its share crashed from RM1. 00 to all time low. BUT hibiscus was holding out and even gave private placements to raise funds
In the end hibiscus struck oil and price rebounded back to rm1. 00. So I was wrong on hibiscus
Now unlike hubline the nta of netx consists of
1. Cash of rm34 millions 2. Investments in mlab shares 3. All needed IT infrar stuffs
There are of much better value than hubline rusty ships
So there is a big difference between netx and hubline

Lim also said the government is executing a plan to provide RM20.7 billion worth of cash and non-cash incentives over the next five years to assist companies to transition to IR4.0.
“After all, either you digitalise, or you will not survive. This is the reality that we have to face.
“If we look at the total amount announced in Budget 2020, both fiscal hardware and the software, it amounts to RM50.3 billion over five years,” he said.
With this, the government plans to aid the digitalisation and future-proofing of the nation’s economy by investing in digital infrastructure, reforming broadband market and urging both small and large businesses to accelerate towards IR4.0.
