Aiyo...loan rejection rate high...default rate how much?salary no increase...how?Housing ministry make calculation already?cost of living increase by how much...got disposable income or not?

if every house is affordable and even beggars can afford houses, our houses will have ZERO value, nobody will invest in housing market
