Why? Both Kwan and Dr. Lim wants to make it into top 5 Malaysia Billionaire ranking. By spending this small fund they can entice other investors to prop up their net worth. Once a lifetime achievement for them.

Dont see what's the big deal. EPF spent approx RM100mil to acquire Bursa last 2 weeks.

My 2cents guess is Tan Sri need to buy so that he does not get diluted below 33.1% holding due to ESOS and share conversion.
