1st step is to take profit mah...!!

Sell lah say 30% b4 ex bonus loh...!!

Remember this loh...!!

1. Over capacity coming mah...!!

2. Even profit can be better the coming 1 or 2 qtr, u must honestly ask yourself sustainable & can it maintain its growth trajectory or not ?

3. Vaccine is coming mah....this is high risk for already overvalue gloves mah...!!

Do not waste time sell b4 too late loh...!!

the above EPS computation is faulty, as you fail to dig further to consider some earning contained "one off" exceptional gains and might not sustainable in the next quarter !
For smaller glove companies, their forward EPS might fluctuate more than big 4 (traditionally showing steady and reliable EPS & growth !)

Even covid here to stay it does not mean more gloves users mah..!!

Its demand may have peaked mah...!!

Ask yourself who are the gloves users ??
Mainly medical personnels mah...!!

How many medical personnels are there leh ??
It is limited mah, it does not grow overnight loh..!!
U already factor in they have more frequesnt use of gloves that means thats all loh....Demand already peaked mah...!!

To be fair some F&B workers do wear gloves but these are minority loh...!!

I ask the staffs why some wear gloves & some don wear leh ?

They told me for facemask the company give free everyday but for gloves they use own money to buy loh...!!

Just imagine, they use own monies to buy gloves...how many can afford sustainably leh ? not many loh....!!

Stop dreaming loh....they are not many other users other than medical workers loh..!!

That indicate growth scope limited for gloves loh...!!
