U need to understand the State govt also wanted to protect their limited authorities mah...!! Water is 1 of the limited state authority loh..!!

The key is, whether federal or state they must do a very good job to handle this very important water portfolio. So far almost all msia boleh govt did not do a good job loh....!!

Start like other countries do, relocate all industries away from the river banks. At least 5km away. Install online pollutants and affluent discharge control for all factories.
