So NOW ...... children has " Privacy Rights ". Thought that 18/21 is the official age to become an ADULT ? Western Ideology FORCED onto other CULTURES/Nations.

Well, this data could leak into hands of predators like those sick pedos! Then again another problem is, how can you indentify one indian child to another since all of them look the same!
