WHY ONLY ARRIVED in JULY 2021 ? Did they NOT KNOW that the CASES started to SPIKE in April ? After the "SHIT HIT the FAN" then ...RUSH to IMPORT VACCINES ? Then Health Ministry 'SLOW to SET UP AND LAUNCHED" FULL vaccination " centers all over the COUNTRY ? As for SELANGOR ..... SHIT every where. Why was the PRIVATE SECTOR NOT ASKED to HELP ? Vaccination, Testing and Lock Down where ALL SLOW or "HALF COOKED" . So who is to BLAME ???????
