We needs to identify the carrier with mass testing first, isolate them can prevent more ppl being infected while vaccination is going on. MCO alone cant help bec those ppl can spread to their family in MCO. This is how China successfully control the spreading.

we dont have to copy all china did, may not suitable in local cases. What if this theory:- food and water contamination with digestion problem ??? sometimes, human waste from Indah water + water we just drink it., will virus spread thru drinking water?? MY is a damn hot country unlike china so thru air infection harder....

Despite of 1.4 bil ppl, China has successfully contain the virus, V should follow method that has proven 2b effective. Virus dont transmit through pipe unless the water reservoir is contaminated. Inda water dont go to the water reservoir; but of course in anytime ppl also must boil their drinking water to kill bacteria n virus.
