Major ceash is unlikely....unless longterm interest shoot up like...10 years treasury 3.5% pa & 30 years treasury 5% pa loh!

At the moment interest rates very low...short term interest rates of upto 2 years is between 0% to 0.3% pa....which is extremely low mah!

Alot of investors can make monies using funding loh....bcos equities relative to bond is considered to be very cheap loh!

Also for Malaysia should not have much impact as KLCI already at low level and if you look at US Dow Jones was from 15,000 (a break record level) to now 34,607. The US had advanced almost double whilst still in the original position.
